We have been fans of sushi for long time and in 2014 we decided to share our passion for Japanese cuisine. We asked ourselves what kind of sushi we would like to buy? We decided to choose the highest-quality local products, and make delicious sushi with no preservatives or artificial colours.


We started with sushi trays and after a while, we moved on to catering and a stall at the Dingle Farmers Market. We are still learning. Martin has just finished a professional sushi chef course.


We would like to offer a varied selection of sushi, handmade in Dingle using local ingredients. We have many different shapes and flavors and we add our own unique twist to traditional sushi styles. Our "fusion sushi" is proof of our constant quest for new and exciting flavors.
